Packaged in a plastic-free, 100% biodegradable paperboard push-up tube, it’s easy to apply directly to your beard or warm between your fingers.

Made in small batches with organic oils, rich butters, beeswax, and lanolin, this solid balm combines conditioning with gentle, flexible hold.

Organic cedarwood, sweet orange, and balsam fir essential oils create a warm, woodsy blend with fresh evergreen notes and a touch of bright citrus.

We scent our balm with only organic essential oils—never fragrance oils or synthetic scent ingredients.

Unscented
The same conditioning base with no added essential oils. The natural ingredients may have a subtle scent of their own.

Our ingredients—and why we use them

Each ingredient has a purpose, from softening beard hair to providing gentle hold.

Organic beeswax
Gives the balm its solid structure and light-to-medium hold, helping tame flyaways and shape your beard while keeping it flexible.

Organic mango butter
Adds a smooth, creamy feel and helps soften beard hair so it feels more manageable.

Organic shea butter
Provides rich conditioning for beard hair and moisture for the skin underneath.

Organic jojoba oil
Adds slip, helping the balm spread through your beard while leaving hair feeling soft and conditioned.

Organic castor oil
Helps coat and smooth beard hair, adding a subtle sheen.

Organic lanolin
Helps retain moisture and gives the balm a lasting, conditioning feel. It also adds a little tack that works with the beeswax to help keep stray hairs in place.

Organic cocoa butter
Adds firmness to the stick and softens as it warms against your skin, helping the balm glide on smoothly.

Organic essential oils—Into the Woods only
Cedarwood provides the warm, woodsy foundation, balsam fir adds fresh evergreen notes, and sweet orange brings a bright citrus finish.

Full ingredients

Both options contain organic beeswax, organic mango butter, organic shea butter, organic jojoba oil, organic castor oil, organic lanolin, and organic cocoa butter.

Into the Woods also contains organic cedarwood essential oil, organic sweet orange essential oil, and organic balsam fir essential oil.

How to apply

Gently push up from the base of the tube to expose a small amount of balm. Apply directly to your beard or warm between your fingers, then work through with your fingers or a beard comb and style as desired. Start with a little and add more as needed.

Size

Tube capacity: 1.35 fl oz (40 mL) by volume. This is the container capacity, not the balm’s net weight.

Ingredient sensitivities

Contains beeswax and lanolin, which is derived from sheep’s wool. The scented option also contains essential oils. Please review the ingredients before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For best results, use within six months of purchase.
